938538c54f Temp fix 
Server api changed recursivecount. It now returns 0 regardless of the
show containing episodes. There's no way to detect empty shows as far as
I'm aware so remove check.

a few things.

Getting the playback info from the video dialog as playback is started
seems to fail more often than not (returns kodi_id = -1, item_type =
None) when the data passed by Kodi contains the right info.

9cd28f94ab Revert offline fix 
Apparently offline is being returned regardless, so something else must
be causing the kodi database being wiped. Probably the server is sending
remove event?
